McDaid Deck Systems secured the works at this multistorey car park in Dunstable consisting of 13,000m2 of Deckmaster System R and 1,800m2 of Deckmaster System R to the ramps, as always with our works, we carried out the shot blasting works with our in house surface preparation team and the SPE MP6000 ride on machine, this machine is clean, fast and very efficient. Preparation works were carried out within 4 days to a very high standard allowing our resin/waterproofing installation team to get on with their works immediately. Following on from the Deckmaster installation, MDS carried out the line marking works throughout the car park.

A project with a backdrop of the infamous home of football Wembley was secured by McDaid Deck Systems in July 2020.

The consisted of 5,000m2 of Deckmaster System R and 600m2 of Deckmaster System R to the ramps, prior to the works taking place MDS also used their ride on captive shot blasting machine, following the completion of the Deckmaster Systems, MDS also carried out the line marking works on the waterproofing system we installed and also throughout the intermediate decks. Following on from this successful element of works, we were also awarded the installation of the MMA line marking and thermoplastic line markings externally as well as being contracted to Hydroblast any existing conflicting markings. McDaid Deck Systems is the first of many projects in Europe for one of the world's largest distributors in the idyllic Lower Saxony region of Germany, Lengede. Our scope of works included 6,500m2 of Deckmaster System R to the roof deck level and 1,800m2 of Deckmaster System R HD to the ramps. A project carried out in the height of summer with temperatures around 2pm at 34C. With our client working to a tight deadline, we had to find a way to make sure the project stayed on track. The photos on this one are truly stunning, some of the crispest straight lines you’ll see on a multistorey car park. As always with MDS, the works were completed on time, snag free and signed off.

McDaid Deck Systems were successful in their bid to carry out waterproofing works to this multistorey car park at a new distribution project in North Ferriby, Hull.

The work consisted of 7500m2 of Deckmaster System R, prior to the works taking place MDS also used their ride on captive shot blasting machine, following the completion of the Deckmaster Systems, McDaid Deck Systems also carried out the line marking works. Tasks were carried out within a short time frame and all on schedule with the main contractors programme.

Set in the iconic Titanic Quarter of Belfast MDS were successful in their bid to carry out waterproofing works to this multistorey van park for a world renowned product distributor consisting of 10,000m2.

Due to the complexity of this project, the specification for the works were changed from Deckmaster System R (standard) to the more flexible Deckmaster System R HD, this product consists of two layers of membrane offering significantly higher flex properties, therefore aiding the crack bridging properties, prior to the works taking place MDS also used their ride on captive shot blasting machine, following the completion of the Deckmaster Systems, MDS also carried out the line marking works. This project was a flagship project for McDaid Deck Systems.

McDaid Deck Systems were tasked with carrying out the waterproofing works to this multistorey van park in Harlow, Essex.

The project comprised of 8,400m2 of Deckmaster System R and Deckmaster System R to the roof area and ramps. Following the completion of the Deckmaster Systems, MDS also carried out the line marking works. As with all external works, we were constantly battling with the traditional British weather, a few late nights and weekend working the project was complete on time, snag free.

The consisted of 3,800m2 of Deckmaster System R and 1,800m2 of Deckmaster System R to the ramps, prior to the works taking place MDS also used their ride on captive shot blasting machine, following the completion of the Deckmaster Systems, MDS also carried out the line marking works. Tasks were carried out within a short time frame and all on schedule with the main contractors programme.

The resulting Arturo floor is extremely tough and sturdy allowing for thousands of visitors to walk through the museum each year. The resin floor has a number of practical benefits and is very easy to clean and maintain. The seamless appearance of the floor also helps create and expansive space so the exhibitions standout and are showcased. Project was complete on time, snag free.

We shot blasted the floor then laid Flowcrete Flowprime then 2 coats of Flowcoat SF41.
